By accessing and using the BTN Customer Experience (BTN CX) survey management platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is provided exclusively for authorized personnel of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk and its affiliated entities. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
BTN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the BTN CX platform solely for internal business purposes related to survey creation, distribution, data collection, and analytics. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this platform.
The materials and data on the BTN CX platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. BTN makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. BTN does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on this platform.
In no event shall BTN or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the BTN CX platform, even if BTN or a BTN authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
The materials appearing on the BTN CX platform may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. BTN does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete, or current. BTN may make changes to the materials contained on its platform at any time without notice. However, BTN does not make any commitment to update the materials. Survey data accuracy is the responsibility of authorized users who input and manage the data.
